14th Street

I created this video in an effort to make real change happen along a busy street that separates the All Saints Neighborhood from downtown Sioux Falls. For years residents had complained about speeding cars and near misses while crossing the intersection, so I felt the only way to fix it was to make the issues more public. After the video passed 10k views and had received coverage from the Argus Leader and KELO News, I was contacted by the city to assist with incremental improvements to the street. While advocacy for the full redesign continues, the city has since narrowed the driving lanes and lowered the speed limit to 25mph.
