Faulkton Mural

This mural was painted on the side of the Faulk County Library in Faulkton, SD in the summer of 2019 and commissioned by the Faulkton Area Arts Council through a grant from the South Dakota Arts Council. The piece was inspired by the functioning historic Carousel that's located down the street. For a community the size of Faulkton, it is overflowing with beautiful murals and creativity so I wanted my work to evoke a feeling of wild, stampeding creativity surging through the streets of town.
