Greetings from Sioux Falls
The Rock Island Plow Building murals were painted during the fall of 2019 by five regional artists who were asked to create a piece with the simple theme of "One Sioux Falls" and to include the colors of the city flag. My piece was a reinterpretation of a vintage postcard of Sioux Falls with updated imagery of what I consider the most iconic and important locations in the city today. This was the first of what would become my 'Greetings from' series of murals.
